Note: The information contained in this application is for the purpose of obtaining funding from the Golden Valley Electric Foundation on behalf of the undersigned. Each undersigned understands the information provided herein is used in deciding grant funding, and each undersigned represents and warrants that the information provided is true and complete. The Foundation may consider this statement as continuing to be true and correct until a written notice of a change is provided. Golden Valley Electric Foundation is authorized to make all inquiries deemed necessary to verify the accuracy of the statements made herein.

1. Should your organization receive funding, the amount and purpose of the grant will be made public. You may also be asked for a photograph for public relations purposes.

The Board of Trustees makes donations from funds collected through the 好¢树人计划. These funds are voluntary contributions from participating GVEA members. By signing, you give permission to have information about your project reported to the membership of GVEA.
